Begining my individual portfolio. Using this to help track my ideas, positions, etc.

-
RJA
Ab Svensk Element - $7.40
- -4.02%
- $7.54
Added RJA to my real portfolio on 1/2/2008 Play on world agriculture boom. People are richer, they want more meat, meat takes a lot of grain to produce.

-
MIDD
Middleby Corp (th - $34.16
- -10.08%
- $37.04
Added MIDD to my real portfolio on 1/2/2008 Great management, continue to grab market share.

-
HW
Headwaters Inc - $9.39
- -9.19%
- $9.95
Added HW to my real portfolio on 1/2/2008 Great new energy technology will kick in over the next 2-5 years. Will also benefit when housing recovers. These two drivers at the same time will launch the stock in 2009 or 2010

-
RFMD
Rf Micro Devices - $1.95
- -12.56%
- $2.14
Added RFMD to my real portfolio on 1/2/2008 Very smart management, great relationships will industry leading OEMs, penetration into China/India will make them killer over the next 2-4 years.

-
GLD
Spdr Gold Shares - $71.71
- -5.68%
- $74.44
Not yet added to real portfolio. 3/3/08 - I firmly believe in the bull market of gold, especially as a play on diversifying away from the $USD.

-
ETFC
E*trade Finl Corp - $2.28
- -0.44%
- $2.18
Not yet added to real portfolio. 3/3/08 - Way oversold with a great management team in place, and Citadel backing with strategy. SUb prime fiasco won't bankrupt them and they are recovering subscribers. Still the best internet broker out there. I plan to buy ETFC when 1) I have money to do so and 2) any pullback below $4.00 per share.
