Bluefly is a strictly high end online retailer that is profitable and has an extremely low operating margin. They recently had a million dollar day and their fundamentals are strong. Easily a buyout target for the right bidder.

Update: I'm looking at a possible buy here after a huge sell-off has hammered the stock. Upside potential here short term is $8-9. Rainmaker is a small cap stock that trades on NASDAQ. They are profitable this year after recent downtrends in their market. I think the stock has legs to get to $10. Update: I just sold my entire position at $10.50. Waiting for a pullback now.

Quicksilver is on a comeback with 23% growth predicted for 2007 and only trading at a P/E of 21. With spring and summer on the horizon, sales are likely to breakout since most of the clothing they make is geared toward surf/skate. This stock is now trading at 19 times earnings and 24% growth. They also just announced a partnership with Plantronics to create bluetooth enabled sports apparel.

I bought this stock in 2005, well ahead of the news of their announcement of the special dividend. I think brokerages are going to do well this year and AMTD is going to recover nicely over the long run from giving out the dividend they did in 2006.

Microsoft has a new OS coming out that has much needed security upgrades as well as a much friendlier user interface. I also believe the flaws aren't as bad as the news media is making them out to be.

Apple was completely flat last year but will likely surge due to Macworld as well as their product cycle for this year's holiday season. Pick this up at $75.
