This fund has a Morningstar rating of 5 stars and is run by Frank James. James is the founder and chairman of the adviser and team leader of the investment committee. Dr. James was formerly in charge of the Graduate Management Program and a professor of Management and Statistics at the Air Force Institute of Technology. His current responsibilities include overseeing the company's investment management and research. The James Small Cap Fund is an open-end fund incorporated in the USA. The Fund's objective is long-term capital appreciation. The Fund invests primarily in common stocks of small capitalization companies, defined by the Adviser as those companies with market capitalizations of $1.5 billion or less at the time of purchase.

Reasonably good returns, excellent diversification, but a few superfluous securities. Much more deserving of 5 stars than most 5-star funds.
