Hotel Trust that pays a 8% dividend. Hotels are clean & in great shape. Started and is still run by the founding family. Never had to lower its dividend. Great company.

Private Equity. Hot Industry. Largest competitor trades at a >20 p/e. ACAS trades at less than a 8 p/e & pays a >7% dividend.

Growing Industry. Low p/e. Room for growth as oil goes higher. Most importantly Mohnish Pabrai likes it. Everyone should read his book- The Dhandho Investor
