Global Forward Energy Needs
Coal + Energy Stocks
Top 3 coal users; China, India, USA will need to maintain forward electrical output. Nuke power works and is fine but it takes several years to build and bring a plant on line. Also, will Uranium production and avilability @ 2012 become a major concern per USDOE?
Seriously looking at coal Liquidification. Originally developed by Germany prior to WWII for war this technology has been used by South Africa since the 1950's. Not currently as sexy as the wind, solar and ethanol guys but production on a mass volume scale blows the greens away. Arch, Peabody and Chinas top coal company are all now engaged in liquidification. Environmental impact appears neutral or minimal.
