To create the list, Investors Business Daily screened stocks that generally have a strong blend of fundamentals and leading price performance within their industry group. Additionally, stocks were screened to ensures that the companies met IBD criteria of strong sales and earnings growth as well as leading price performance. Thinly traded stocks were also filtered out to come up with the IBD Top 10 Low Priced Stocks.
