I love dividends. I love when companies raise dividends! My goal is to construct a portfolio that will spin off 100% of the income I need for retirement.

-
PAYX
Paychex - $31.73
- 0.00%
- $N/A
PAYX has a long history of top-line and bottom-line growth. Along with that, PAYX is expanding its product offering and there is always new customer segments to go after. The company is debt free. The dividend has a solid history of growing every year.

-
MMM
3m Company - $78.63
- +1.54%
- $77.85
7.7% avg annual dividend growth since 1970.

-
KMP
Kinder Morgan Ene - $57.10
- -1.99%
- $56.80
It is always great to own the toll road and that is Kinder Morgan Pipeline. I do not expect much price appreciation here but it has a juicy 7.5% yield and is consistently upping the payout.
