Date updated:08-06-2007
"Diversified" high-yield monthly dividend stock portfolio (includes ETF's to increase diversity).
Update: The capital value of this portfolio has suffered in the last month, but the dividends from the funds/trusts have been maintained. This looks like a buying opportunity.
Note: ETF's with price premiums above about 3% are avoided, so BIF, RMK, CLM, etc. are not part of this portfolio. This portfolio is designed to support margin accounts, so stocks with prices under $6.00 are also avoided. Stocks listed in order on start date from highest to lowest dividend yield.
All purchases were based on dividend yields of at least 10% based on the purchase price, which may have been a couple years ago, so a few of the stocks listed have less than 10% yields now.

I am no longer investing with this strategy, and I sold off this portfolio late last year. I have not evaluated the current yields for these stocks since last October.

Added annual yields vs. today's closing stock price, as reported by TD Ameritrade.
