This portfolio is essentially for investors with long term potential. I'd be making constant addition of scrips based on my research and conditions of markets

-
CSCO
Cisco Sys Inc - $22.28
- -4.42%
- $22.73
This is one of the best companies which no one would afford to miss. Cisco is concentrating on worlds’ two fastest markets viz., India & China. Cisco is clearly undervalued. Given its potential it should deserve more value. Due to Subprime, Cisco has got a beating in the market. This scrip seems to be continuously underperforming in NASDAQ. This scrip gives great opportunity for its investors. It is aiming high in emerging markets. No company could match technological power of Cisco. Investor with time horizon of more than half a decade should invest in this scrip.

-
C
Citigroup Inc - $18.30
- -6.68%
- $19.30
Despite write downs, Changes in top management one couldn’t rule out this monster. Citi must try to invest its cash in emerging markets in order to hedge its losses that happened in Mortgage meltdown. No bank seems to give clear picture about Subprime crisis. I sincerely hope Citi is one of them. Still, Still I love this scrip because of its sheer size. Its focus in emerging markets, picking up crucial stakes at foreign banks, home finance and infrastructure could definitely help them. Investor with time horizon of more than 5 years should think about this scrip

-
GS
Goldman Sachs Grp - $160.90
- -4.00%
- $166.15
Goldman Sachs perhaps is the only company that hasn’t got affected by complex mortgage products which is really tough to understand for a common man. GS is clearly concentrating on emerging markets. I personally believe that top level management is the power for GS. Investors with more than couple of years time frame should invest in this scrip.

-
BRK-A
Berkshire Hath Hl - $119350.00
- -0.79%
- $120100.00
Man with Midas touch. Mr. Common sense would continue to beat the market and investors who’d like to hold a stock for life time should enter in this scrip. I'd also recommend BRK-B despite no buyback option.

-
PG
Procter Gamble - $70.44
- -1.37%
- $71.16
P&G would continue to perform till this world perishes. This is one of the world’s greatest marketing machines I’ve ever heard in FMCG history. This is one of safest and sure shot bet for investors who looks for appreciation of value in their investment.

-
IBN
Icici Bk Ltd Ads - $30.64
- -5.81%
- $32.25
Buying this stock would be helpful for any investors to participate in Indian Growth story. There might be few investors who would think India as a cheap labor country. Believe me there are greatest opportunities like this in India. ICICI Bank is India’s No.1 Private Sector bank that is having wide interest in Life Insurance, General Insurance, Consumer Banking, you name and they have it. They’ve made few best investments that have given them huge returns and they continue to do it. This is probably one of the financial stocks that would stand against all scrips in US markets. ICICI Bank does not have any exposure to Subprime or similar kind of investment across the world. You should pick this stock because it could unlock its value by coming with an IPO for its insurance business in couple of years. And there are many businesses that have potential to come to primary market.

-
ORCL
Oracle Corp - $19.93
- -5.95%
- $20.84
Owner of world’s largest selling banking product, Flexicube. Short term might not be good. But this is definitely going to rule the roost when it comes to Enterprise software. SME products would definitely add value to their portfolio. Investor with a long term outlook around a decade could make solid returns in this scrip.

-
MSFT
Microsoft Cp - $26.35
- -2.04%
- $26.66
You love it, you hate it but you can’t ignore it. Emerging markets are going to boost its profits. It has already got solid ground in China and India. It is having huge distribution network. Looks attractive despite lack in contemporary computing strategy. Patience pays!
