Prior to that, he worked as a consultant in the telecommunications industry from 2001 to 2002 and was a vice president of Business Development for Viatel from 1999 to 2001. Miller holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. GAMCO Global Telecommunications Fund is an open-end fund incorporated in the USA. The Fund's objective is capital appreciation and, secondarily, current income. The Fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in common stocks of companies in the telecommunications industry believed to have rapid growth in revenues and earnings.
