He has primary responsibility for the investments. He joined Franklin Templeton Investments in 1992. Kohli holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. Franklin Utilities Fund is an open-end fund incorporated in the USA. The Fund's objective is both capital appreciation and current income. The Fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in the securities of public utilities companies. The Fund invests primarily in equity securities.
