"Given the stock market's weakness -- the Dow Jones Industrial Average is down about 450 points since hitting a record close of 12,786.64 on Feb. 20 -- investors might want to take a look at these new products as tools for diversifying and adding stability to their investment portfolios. Bonds tend to be safer bets than stocks, although their returns are often lower."
Additional Fixed Income ETF'S that are slated to be released later this month include Vanguards BND, BSV, BIV and BLV
