This fund has a Morningstar rating of 5 stars and is run by Allen Steinkopf. Steinkopf is the fund's equity portfolio manager. He has served as the primary portfolio manager for the fund since July 2004. Prior to joining FAF Advisors in 2003, Steinkopf was employed by Advantus Capital Management from 1986 to 2003 where he served as vice president and portfolio manager. He has 13 years of financial industry experience. Steinkopf holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
First American Small Cap Select Fund is an open-end fund incorporated in the USA. The Fund's objective is capital appreciation. The Fund invests at least 80% of its total assets in common stocks of small-capitalization companies that have market capitalizations at the time of purchase within the range of market capitalizations of companies constituting the S&P 600 Index.
