Terranova said CVD is a best of breed company with limited exposure to slowing economy. He said CVD has a business model geared toward reducing costs within the healthcare space, solid growth, strong balance sheet and Big Pharma is outsourcing R&D to reduce costs.

Terranova said PPDI has a growth rate 18%, P/E 23 and debt less than 1%. PPDI's Clients include pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device companies.

Najarian said, "If you want to stay conservative look at Johnson & Johnson(JNJ), because they blew numbers away today."
