Everyone needs a buffer in their portfolio. As of late I find myself a little pesismistic and increased my positions in the bond market. What better way to do it than with an ETF.

Ive always been the kind of person who buy's "American" but one cant forget the rest of the global economy. Im not savvy enough to research all the foriegn markets but I can get some decent coverage of it with this ETF.
