Very good takeout candidate in an attractive and highly-competitive Midwest market. Having trouble staying up, but there should be a breakout soon. Dividend increases abound.

Arkansas is a great bread-and-butter state, and these guys have the footprint. This has held up very well, in the recent down-draft.

Nice Houston footprint, and often mentioned as a prime acquisition candidate. Look for a takeout in the $12-$13 range.

Great hotel properties, in high-dollar markets with tight supply. It has sold off with other REITs, lately, because of concern over air travel -- many of their hotels serve the airport crowd. I believe patience will be rewarded. Nice dividend.

Management entrenched and somewhat over-paid, but quite a nice franchise has been built, and the dividend policy is superior. Fortunately, the dividend appears to be safe, even with the big sell-off in the sector. In fact, it was raised for August '08, at a general time when many others have been cut.

Excellent dividend yield. Not a very attractive market area, but apparently a well-run company.

With the USA's demographics as they are, who could argue with this sector? The dividend has risen, as I predicted, and probably will do so again.
