We analyze the fundamentals of stocks and buy those that are trading below their intrinsic value, an approach that has outperformed the market over the long-term. More specifically, we seek to identify companies exhibiting some or all of the following criteria:
Low price-to-earnings ratio (P/E)
Low price-to-book value or tangible asset value
Excellent prospects for growth
Strong franchise/wide moat
Qualified, shareholder-oriented management
Consistent free cash flow
High returns on equity and invested capital
