The majority of my investments are in mutual funds, particularly funds focused around Large Caps, the S & P 500, etc, to prevent large influcations. I'm a true believer in the turtle approach, slow and steady wins the race.
With my stock portfolio, I'm more aggressive and focus on Small to Mid size companies, broken companies with turnaround potential, and a few Large caps in there for balance.

NWS
News Corporation - $14.60
- +3.18%
- $14.36
The potential of MySpace is endless, the dividends are just starting to be reaped in.

-
YHOO
Yahoo! Inc. - $16.02
- +0.50%
- $16.14
Here's my two cents. Either GOOG is overvauled or YHOO is undervalued. I'm betting on YHOO to go up.

-
UA
Under Armour Inc - $28.21
- 0.00%
- $N/A
I jumped all over UA on its IPO day. The next Nike?? I see their logo all over the gym and on the big screen. Checkout every sports movie that has come out over the last two years, Rocky Balboa, Gridiron Gang, etc The logo is all over the place. Love the aggressive marketing.

JMBA
Jamba - $1.70
- 0.00%
- $N/A
People outside the Bay Area have no idea what they are missing. In the Bay Area you fall into two catergories....you're either a Starbucks person or a Jamba Juice person. Good growth plan ahead, it'll be a matter of time when Jamba is household name.

-
LOW
Lowes Companies - $21.25
- +1.48%
- $21.03
Buffett likes it, so I like it. Pepsi has Coke, Yankees the Red Sox, ...so Home Depot has Lowe's. Lowe's has more growth potential then Home Depot.....and much better customer service...lol

-
CX
Cemex Sab De Cv A - $11.78
- +6.80%
- $11.12
Mexico's biggest cement producer has done well in the United States and they're being aggressive trying to acquire other cement companies for future growth.

-
AAPL
Apple Inc. - $201.46
- +3.66%
- $196.95
Bought this at $40 a couple years back and have watched go up non-stop. I have a feeling the I-Phone is going to be a bit of let down. Lets hold till then.

-
BBI
Blockbuster Inc - $0.84
- -2.34%
- $0.90
Bought it at $3, its doubled since.I always felt their service was better then NFLX, plus the Total Access is deal that benefits both the consumer and BBI. The consumer gets free rentals and BBI saves money on the postage. As for NFLX's new downloadable service. WHy do I want to watch a movie on my laptop?? I wanna see it on 70 inch with surround service. I predict $12 in 12 months.
