MTXX has consistently been gaining market share in the OTC cold medicine market, and their brand equity should give them a fighting chance in the other areas they are moving into. The stock is trading at the same level as last year, when there were two looming potentially devastating legal issues (a lawsuit claiming that Zicam causes anosmia) and a Commerce Department case challenging their claim that Zicam cuts colds' duration. Both issues were resolved in favor of the company. Management can now concentrate in doing what it is supposed to do, rollout new products, and continue clawing market share away from competitors.
