Quality stocks with nice dividends and good growth potential. Although Berkshire Hathaway does not pay a dividend, with 40 billion in cash on its balance sheet and a share price under 4000 it is still moderately undervalued.

6/07-Compania de Telecommunicaciones de Chile S.A. (CTC) position sold @ $9.25 per share after becoming fully valued. This position was replaced with France Telecom (FTE) which is poised for tremendous growth with a stable dividend.

7/07-American Financial (AFR) position sold @ $10.50 per share due to inconsistancy in management and overall business philosophy/direction. This position was replaced with Quality Systems (QSII) a company with tremendous growth potential over the next 5-10 years plus a dividend of 3.10%.

8/07-Positions in Cedar Fair, Citizens Communications and National City were sold due to assorted issues concerning future profit potential. Duke Energy was added to the portfolio on severe price weakness concurrent with excellent profit potential in the next few years. Also, a position was established in U.S. Bancorp due to extreme price weakness, excellent growth prospects and a stable dividend.
