Raising the six percent from $0.17 to $0.18, the sixth consecutive year that the board has increased the dividend. The increased quarterly dividend of 18 cents per share will be paid on June 30 to all PBG shareholders of record as of June 6.

Increased their annual dividend payout rate by 11 percent from $1.12 to $1.24 per share. Payment of a quarterly cash dividend of $0.31 per share of common stock to be paid on May 1, 2009 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on April 7, 2009.

Proposed annual dividend of Ch$1.13185985 per share, a 6.3% increase in the gross dividend paid compared to last year.

Planned initial dividend

Declared an 8% increase in the quarterly cash dividend. The increased quarterly cash dividends are $.20 per Class A common share and $.13 per Class B common share.

Plans to pay out 51 percent of its profit in dividends for 2008, compared with 45 percent a year earlier, which is higher than the 35 percent to 45 percent range committed by the management during its initial public offering.

Announced an interim dividend of 1.8 pence per ordinary company share. The interim dividend is to be paid on June 5, 2009 to the holders of ordinary shares on the register at the close of business on May 8, 2009.
