This fund has a Morningstar rating of 5 stars and is run by Damon Andres. Andres is a vice president and portfolio manager with Delaware Investments, his employer since 1994. He has been on the REIT fund team since 1997. Prior to joining the firm, he provided investment consulting services as a Consulting Associate with Cambridge Associates, Inc. in Arlington Virginia. Andres holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. Delaware Dividend Income Fund is an open-end fund incorporated in the USA. The Fund's objective is to provide high current income and an investment that has the potential for capital appreciation. The Fund invests in income-generating securities of large, well-established companies and in debt securities, including high-yield and investment-grade fixed-income securities.
