Devon energy is mainly a domestic energy company producing 60% natural gas and 40% crude mixtures (gas, methane, etc..). Good future growth, safe long-term stock w/ a decent dividend. Great Board of Advisors.

With more and more oil giants expanding their off-shore capablities and production, seismic surveying will play a key role. I am holding onto this stock for the long-term (another 12 months) to see how it will play out in the market. Even though this stock has been hammered lately, I believe it will rally back above its previous high.
