RIMM
Research In Motio - $64.72

- $N/A
“Research In Motion (RIMM) is not done. I think it is hanging around the strike for tomorrow's option expiration, but I get the sense that analysts are looking for something to cheer about, something to upgrade, something to get behind, and RIMM has it all. Just like the analysts who jumped all over the bank stocks to the downside when they saw how easy it was for them to roll over, the tech analysts travel in herds, too. They saw how the Merrill Lynch upgrade resonated with the crowd. We have half a dozen "neutral" and "underperform" ratings that could easily be switched to "buy buy buy" now that the Merrill cat is out of the bag. When I was interviewing Google (GOOG) CEO Eric Schmidt yesterday for "Mad Money" at the half hour, I knew the one drawback was that 31 out of 33 analysts are already behind that one. RIMM has a much smaller ratio of lovers to haters. Good opportunity to change. They will take it.”
