In the weekly "Sell Block" segment, Cramer went back to school and took a closer look at the online education stocks.

-
APOL
Apollo Group - $55.99
- -0.85%
- $56.04
Cramer said the chart of Apollo (APOL) is being to look ''toppy,'' a term meaning the stock is running out of steam. The stock has put in a double top, with the second top achieved on lighter volume, meaning there's no one left to buy as the value investors being to head for the hills.

-
APEI
American Public E - $33.97
- 0.00%
- $N/A
Cramer said he's still a fan of American Public Education (APEI), which caters to the more stable military sector, but he'd be a seller of Apollo, along with Career Education (CECO), Corinthian Colleges (COCO) and ITT (ITT).

-
CECO
Career Education - $22.75
- -0.31%
- $22.73
Cramer said he's still a fan of American Public Education (APEI), which caters to the more stable military sector, but he'd be a seller of Apollo, along with Career Education (CECO), Corinthian Colleges (COCO) and ITT (ITT).

-
COCO
Corinthian Colleg - $14.97
- -1.51%
- $15.16
Cramer said he's still a fan of American Public Education (APEI), which caters to the more stable military sector, but he'd be a seller of Apollo, along with Career Education (CECO), Corinthian Colleges (COCO) and ITT (ITT).

-
ITT
I T T Corporation - $51.93
- +0.15%
- $51.54
Cramer said he's still a fan of American Public Education (APEI), which caters to the more stable military sector, but he'd be a seller of Apollo, along with Career Education (CECO), Corinthian Colleges (COCO) and ITT (ITT).

-
LINC
Lincoln Education - $21.99
- +0.55%
- $21.88
The growth expectations for online education are already baked into the stock, Cramer said, and as we mentioned, this group isn’t exactly Wall Street’s best-kept secret. So the valuations are right, if not a bit high. That might explain all the insider selling. Executives at both Apollo Group and Lincoln Educational Services [LINC] have been dumping shares on the open market. And if they’re getting out, maybe other investors should, too.
