Cramer told viewers that the bulls got what they wanted today because the "the Fed blinked and took out the line in its statement about "additional firming," suggesting that we are headed for an interest-rate cut rather than a raise."

While Cramer noted that the Fed has not changed rates yet, he did say that a transition is occurring which means "the crisis, our short national nightmare, is over," Cramer said.

Cramer then said the following stocks are all good buys now.
