What is the real lure of infrastructure? How can they keep going higher and higher and higher? The secret is market cap. These are all the functional equivalent of small- or mid-cap stocks. Most of their capitalizations are in the $5 billion to $10 billion range and that's just not enough size to make a difference to the average hedge fund or mutual fund manager unless he or she takes a monster positioning the name
