Cutler said he expects top line growth of 25% and 17% of that will come from takeovers. He said many investors aren't aware of his firm's transformation into an international conglomerate. Cramer pointed out that Eaton is a technological innovator. He said Eaton is building eco-friendly engines for city buses and idling trucks. "If you're waiting for technology to make a comeback, take a look at Eaton," Cramer said.

The company also produces fuel efficient pumping systems and coding systems that benefit logistics. Cramer said the company is growing overseas with 25% of growth coming from Asia and 45% of total revenues from abroad. Dover trades at 12.6 times earnings and has a 15% growth rate. Cramer thinks this new world technology company should trade at a higher valuation.
