"Crosscurrents, misdirection plays, surprises. Hard to figure. Which in this market somehow probably means, well, bullish!" - Jim Cramer

-
GRMN
Garmin Ltd. - $30.86
- -2.03%
- $31.18
Day of total role reversals. We get a great quarter from Garmin (GRMN), even though it's supposed to be obviated by smartphones.

-
RIG
Transocean Ltd - $83.80
- -1.67%
- $84.83
We get a terrible number from Transocean (RIG), something I didn't expect, and a bullish forecast from Baker Hughes (BHI)! How can that be? Deep drilling's not supposed to be hurt, and shallow drilling and land drilling -- BHI's bailiwick -- is supposed to be crushed by this moment. I see that RIG had spec cancellations, something that they said was not going to occur. I see nowhere why BHI can be bullish, except that the natural gas companies might be doing more drilling than I thought.

BHI
Baker Hughes Intl - $40.49
- -1.68%
- $40.91

DVN
Devon Energy Cp ( - $67.50
- -2.41%
- $68.51
That's another oxymoron. I mean, nat gas is down to $3 and change, trying hard to get to $4, and Devon (DVN) and XTO Energy (XTO) join Apache (APA) with great news and great growth

-
XTO
Xto Energy Inc - $41.11

XOM
Exxon Mobil Cp - $74.38
- -0.36%
- $74.38
Now we understand the surge there -- these companies have growth when the major integrated like Exxon Mobil (XOM) and Royal Dutch Shell (RDS.A) have almost none.

RDS.A
Rds.a - $0.00
