Cisco has been a total dog ever since it ran up and John Chambers took the wind out of its sails. I would say, though, that if Cisco had reported with the stock right here, I think it would have rallied to $20.

I know that I have stressed the need to own Tekelec (TKLC) and On Semiconductor (ONNN) and Starent (STAR) and Skyworks (SWKS) plus Ciena (CIEN) on this trend. I know this group has acted so badly as to take your breath away. It is almost as if there is one seller who keeps hitting the darned thing. The seller seems to have vanished today.

You can buy Skyworks below where it reported, even as its business is on fire. There I think the lid is all Apple (AAPL) saying it will develop its own chips, and it is a big customer of Skyworks. I simply do not believe that Skyworks is going to lose that business, as it is the lowest-margin part of a cell phone, and there is no reason to raise the cost of products that simply are better to buy than develop.
