Undervalue, no debt, 230$ mln cash (MarketCap 300$), stock, has good technology NROM ( i think it cost more than 70$ mln). Samsung develops same technology, but it cannot use because the patent belong to Saifun. I think that early or later the technology will be used by big manufactures. Without price Speculative
