Oil of course, but a play on drilling and a "local" company as described by Cramer

I am from SC and we love Krispy Kreme. I beleive they are in a turnaround. I have friends in Minn that have to bring boxes home when they visit FL. Think about that.

I had to have an inexpensive Technology play and this one looked good. Not to mention they are expanding fabrication.

I have sirius in my VW and love it. They have started to earn positive cash flow and I beleive that XM has to come down or SIRI is going up. They added NASCAR in January and are coming out with portable satellite players.

Q. can anyone explain the BGF seper...
11.12.09 | 20:03 PM Asked by BS7518

A. BGF was an enhanced income security,
which represented one share of common
stock (BGS) plus $7.15 principal amount
of senior subordinated debt. They first
separated the note from the stock, then
did a partial redemption of the bond.
You should have received the following
for each share of BGF
1 share common (BGS)
$4.28 cash per share for the partial
redemption (this includes dividend)
1 note with face value of $3.11

There really is no market for the bond
portion. You will probably end up
holding it until redemption.

Hope that helps.
