This fund has a Morningstar rating of 2 stars and is run by Nick Calamos. Calamos is head of investments and co-chief investment officer at Calamos Advisers. Since joining Calamos in 1983, his experience has centered on convertible securities investment. Calamos has been instrumental in developing the Calamos Convertible Research System (CCRS), a sophisticated, proprietary research system that monitors and scans the entire convertible market for the best available investment opportunities. Calamos holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. Calamos Value Fund is an open-end fund incorporated in the USA. The Fund's objective is long-term capital growth. The Fund invests in stocks that, in its opinion, are undervalued according to certain financial measurements of their intrinsic value (such as the present value of the company's future free cash flow).
