Good analyst recommendations
Mkt. Cap. >150M 7*
Lower than sector avg. 1 year debt/equity ratio
Higher than sector avg. 1 year sales growth
Higher than sector avg. 1 year net profit margin
Higher than sector avg. 3, 6, 12 month price increases
Higher than sector avg. 3, 6, 12 month Relative Strength
No reverse splits
Stock buybacks a plus

cheap is a relative word...and are they cheap relative to earning or just all under 10 bucks.........gee good way to toss money at anything based on a price point
