This porfolio consists of 90% equities with considerable growth for the near term and long-term future, as well as proper diversification to international stocks. In addition, stocks that have been overlooked due to recent pullbacks that were in favor previously, will be taken into account for possible new holdings in the porfolio for potential upside.

Overweight: Energy, Materials, Industrials, Tech, Biotech, Healthcare.
Underweight: Financials, Homebuilders, Retail.

Neccesity to have some exposure to gold in the portfolio, and it doesnt hurt that the voracious demand for minierals in China are propelling this stock higher. With the recent selloff this stock is trading around 91, which I just pulled the trigger again for my real portfolio.
