another spam tip but I looked at the company and it seemed solid and $improving and the dividend per share is pretty good considering the low cost of the shares. I was looking to exploit the lows happening in real estate and i was heavy in energy so looking to diversify

one of the two ETFs initially recmmended to me when I opened my Sharebuilder account at the end of Feb 2007,the other was AGG. after a couple of months I noticed that the "most requested" funds on Sharebuilder were always AGG & SPY so I started wondering how "Custom" the recommendation was and since AGG was always down some I took that money and did other things
