This portfolio is developed to own stocks that have solid growth, yet the market has not fully valued its ability to reach this growth. These are stocks that are viewed as undervalued by my modeling and valuation of cash flows and strength of growth opportunities.

GPS
Gap Inc - $23.03
- +0.74%
- $22.82
Strong brand recognition. Lacks leadership and knowledge on current consumer trends. Will finds the right balance in the near future.

-
WAG
Walgreen Co - $39.57
- -1.25%
- $39.94
Consistent long-term growth and solid brand value.

-

Altria Group Inc - $18.54

- $18.58
Super strong cash flow from products that are as consistently purchases as the sun comes up.

-
ARII
American Railcar - $11.21
- +5.16%
- $10.40
There will be a strong increase in demand for rail cars and this is one of leaders in rail car manufacturing. It has had a nice run in the past several weeks but it can go higher. I would hope it gets knocked on valuation and then create a new buying opportunity. I would put a small position on now and then buy it down...if we a lucky.

AMTD
Td Ameritrade Hol - $19.86
- +0.35%
- $19.58
Consistent with execution and may be the leader of the discount broker consolidation phase in the next few years.

-
MMM
3m Company - $75.41
- -0.07%
- $74.87
They have a product for every economic environment.

-
YRCW
Yrc Worldwide - $1.22
- -5.43%
- $1.35
Was trading less than 1 times book value, even thought it has had a big run up, the stock is still pretty cheap and the outlook for the trucking industry is looking better.

-
TRN
Trinity Ind - $17.68
- -2.54%
- $17.86
Leader in rail car and barge sales and leasing. Again a play on the increasing demand for these limited assets. Again, a nice run but hopefully we see a pull back and a buying opportunity. Buy a little now and add as it comes in.
