April 24 earnings report beat estimates, with boosted forward earnings guidance as well. Sales and margins were robust overseas, but not in North America, with steeper North American erosion expected since housing starts made a two-decade low that same day. PH, is a buy despite North America. You can profit from The Street's misunderstanding if you "back up the truck" and accumulate on dips.
