TheStreet.com put together this list of what they consider to be the best large-cap dividend stocks. They focused on the following:

1. A minimum market capitalization of $10 billion
2. A dividend yield of over 2% - but the dividend yield cannot exceed the company’s projected growth in earnings per share
3. The stocks must have an overall rating of at least A-, meaning they are in the top 10% of all the stocks TheStreet.com rates.
