Carl Icahn raised his holdings to 11.7mm shares (13.9%) after buying 641,000 more at an average price of $29.93. He is asking the chairman of IMCL, David Kies, to resign.

Wilshire Enterprises. WOC. Bulldog Investors filed that they own 7.36% of the company, buying between $4.11 an $4.50.
