Each week Barron's has a 13D Filings column. 13Ds are filed when a fund (usually an activist hedge fund) accumulates more than 5% of a firm and is planning on pushing for change (e.g.a sale of the company, sale of certain assets, a share buyback, or a share dividend) to unlock value.
See Hate list below where funds filed 13Ds showing a new decrease in particular positions.

"Red Mountain Capital Partners, the second-largest shareholder of ABX Air, urged the company to resume merger negotiations with Astar Air Cargo Holdings. Red Mountain Capital expressed disappointment with the company board's rejection of Astar's indication of interest to acquire ABX and its failure to pursue negotiations with Astar during the past three months. Red Mountain agrees the terms suggested by Astar don't fully reflect the value of ABX Air, but it believes "good-faith negotiations" could improve the offer. Red Mountain now holds 3,623,154 shares (6.2% of the total outstanding)."
