Among them are a number of "potential extraordinary transactions" that could result in a change of control of Hollywood Media. Coghill has entered into a non-disclosure agreement to evaluate confidential information relating to Hollywood Media. Coghill Capital holds 3.37 million shares (10.6% of the total outstanding).

PL Capital sent a letter to MSB Financial, requesting a list of shareholders. PL Capital intends to solicit proxies from other stockholders to oppose approval of any stock-benefit plans that the company may submit at any special or annual meeting. PL Capital also disclosed in the SEC filing that it had unsuccessfully requested representation on the board. PL Capital reported ownership of 422,973 shares (7.5%).

Investor John M. Eggemeyer III, the founder and chief executive officer of Castle Creek Capital, said that he owns 2.66 million shares (5.2%). Discovery Equity Partners reports that it intends to nominate directors at Radyne's 2008 annual meeting, and says that the company has rejected its request to inspect its books. Discovery Equity has pushed the company to sell itself, and believes that Radyne has been approached by several suitors willing to purchase it at a price that is significantly higher than its recent stock price. "We also believe that the board categorically dismissed these bonafide offers without serious consideration," Discovery contends in the filing. Discovery Equity is requesting a stockholder list from Radyne so that it can contact shareholders about its board nominees. Discovery Equity owns 1,618,427 shares (8%).
