Integral Systems (ISYS) Fursa Alternative Strategies, Integral's largest shareholder, nominated two directors for election at the next shareholder meeting -- William Leimkuhler, already a director, and William Harley III. Fursa said Integral's inability to execute alternative strategies for increasing shareholder value is "extremely troubling." Fursa has 1,330,000 shares (12% of total outstanding).

InFocus (INFS) Caxton International will consider seeking to replace some or all of Infocus' directors prior to the 2007 annual meeting. Caxton has 4,438,200 shares (11.2%).

Brink's (BCO) Pirate Capital reiterated its request that Brink's retain an investment bank to examine strategic alternatives, and questioned Brink's stated aim of pursuing acquisitions. Pirate also wants to replace two directors, who are ineligible for re-election based on the board's mandatory retirement age, with two Pirate Capital nominees: Thomas Hudson Jr., the hedge fund's founder, and Christopher Kelly. Pirate Capital owns 4,118,330 shares (8.5%).

American Bank Note Holographics (ABHH) VN Capital Fund I has 968,957 shares (5.1%), after buying 298,807 from Nov. 11 to Jan. 4 at $2.65 to $3 a share.

Century Bancorp (CNBKA) Century Capital Management owns 197,476 shares (5.64%), after buying 25,000 Dec. 1 to 28 at $26.50 to $27.50 each.

Cost Plus (CPWM) Red Mountain Capital Partners raised its holdings to 2,164,211 shares (9.8%), by buying 291,100 from Dec. 27 to Jan. 5 at $10.01 to $10.33 each.

DCAP Group (DCAP) Infinity Capital Partners raised its position to 233,417 shares (8.06%), by buying 31,900 from Dec. 20 to Jan. 4 at $2.98 to $3.12 apiece.

New England Realty Associates (NEN) Mercury Real Estate Advisors raised its stake to 122,700 shares (8.9%) by purchasing 16,000 from Nov. 10 to Jan. 3, at prices ranging from $78.81 to $82.38.
