Recent cash injection will turn company around in new branding and image campaign. Great food, albeit their poor executive leadership, vision and communication. Recent hire of EVP – Operations Omar Janjua will provide SNS with a uniform national vision that is critical to offset resistance to change and empower Division/General Store Management to take ownership of the company’s destiny. Business Need: Dismantling from the top down of the ‘Good ole Boys Club’ that over the years has spread like a virus. This virus is one that spreads misogyny, cainophobia and complacency. New hires with diversity, social responsibility and advanced degrees will be vital to breathing life back into this ailing, unorganized ‘organization’. Technology Need: There have been many deployments of technology that, after gaining momentum, died due to poor training, staff buy-in and scope definition. All technology deployments will require meticulous Project Management including training and on-going support. The “Fast and Friendly” initiative, although successful, failed to spread to larger stores that are in dire need of such a solution. This failure is due to many ‘New initiatives” that build momentum then die, because another “New initiative” overshadowed the last. A simple solution is to manage the deployment and results of each initiative through a full ‘life-cycle’. Follow through and communication will be crucial in successful pilot programs and national roll-outs.

Can someone lend me $600k to ride this TITAN to the top of a lifetime of innovations and reinventions? What started out at a seemingly unorganized 'testing of the waters' methodology of various R&D groups has ventured into the world of technological alchemy. The great synergistic capacity of this GLOBAL GIANT can only be seen via sonar, which materializes itself as a iceberg tip thousands of miles underneath the ocean. I say the true battle for this BEAST will be in steering this MASSIVE ship with a crew of nearly 14k toward the direction of realizing their potential. So far I am half way done with the main course and still left wanting more. To add an unhealthy feeling that the stock price here is a little bloated; lets split the check into more manageable parts for us 'un-seasoned' investors. What? Our money isn't good enough for ya GOOG?? Maybe when they figure out how to conceal the identity of the poor folks that where photographed without their consent on Google 'streets', while driving vehicles with fully visible license plates, justice will be served with a cold side of tiramisu.
