I am relatively new to investing and looking to learn on the fly. A huge fan of Jim Cramer, I came to the Street.com in hopes of continuing my informal education. Right now I am reading and learning everything I can. I tend to follow Cramer's beliefs a stock is not something to love and Peter Lynch's "buy what ya know" technique.

Growth Potential. Riding a lot on PT-14. FDA Approval? **Bad News** FDA Concerns pushed back phase III. Dead Duck? At this point - just hoping for good news that will cause a spike that will hold long enough for me to sell.

My Peter Lynch side tells me to buy the heck out of this stock. I shop and get my prescriptions from Eckerd's and I have used CVS and never tried Walgreens. I can say though, CVS is below the standards and service that I have received at Eckerd's. There are, within 7 miles, 9 Rite Aid's (since the bought Eckerds) and 4 CVS's. What does this all mean? Could be nothing or a truck load of people could feel the same way and do their business and Rite Aid. Missed earnings! Ouch. Stock is taking a big hit. Will buy in in attempt to lower average price per share in attempt to get even.

In @ .96 This stock is interesting. EPS of .08 with an upside, however it is trading under $1.00 per share. I checked the Reuter's Report and they have it rated as "Outperform." All the homework i did, says this was an easy MUST buy. I am not sure why the street is not, possibly the 2000 internet-bust - but this a money making company with a plan. Following this company and watching it trade sideways for a while now.

LUM

In @ $1.35, $1.84 This is a rate cut play. Hoping to get a bump on speculation of or an actual rate cut. Short term play. There was water in this well before and I am going back for seconds (well thirds). LUM is a hurting mortgage company that chances for survival seem better than average. This company jumps on positive news and for those willing to watch it and get out without being greedy, there is money to be made.

In @ 2.57 Another rate cut and momentum play. Short term play. TARR will increase for the short term where profits should be taken. Over the past few months, I was able to make substantial profits in short term trades with TARR. Very volatile housing stock. Check the graph
