"With the tremendous amount of change going on in the interactive-advertising market, including a recent frenzy of acquisition activity, we have taken a close look at the advertising holding companies and how they are competitively positioned in this evolving marketplace. Online advertising has become a high-growth, lucrative business for the ad holding companies that we estimate will capture between 10% and 15% of ad-holding-company revenue in 2007...As a group, we believe the strong position these ad holding companies have with advertisers, and the interactive capabilities they offer or are developing, puts them in a favorable position to continue to see strong earnings growth over the next few years."
