A. for those of you who don't speak
government.....what robert is saying
is...they are not allowed to think
outside of the box...only follow
procedures....otherwise it might look
like they are playing favorites if they
dig deep on one company and not another.
to find the money, all the departments
would have to be called upon....ie: use
the patriot act....basically....like
