Nothing matters, except finding under-appreciated stocks on the cheap. There is not a 100% efficient market!! The markets can become disconnected from reality through emotion (mostly greed and fear) so anything goes in this portfolio!! If it is a good deal...take it!! Even in recessions and bear markets, there are deals out there...actually, there are more in the tough times because fear is stronger than optimism...always stay optimistic!! The economy never stops chugging along...
