Trades and investments, belonging to myself and my family, that are under my control. All stocks listed we are long on, although some are short-term trades and others long-term investments.
DISCLAIMER: Needless to say, we own stock in these companies so although I make a valiant effort to invest without emotion, we all make mistakes. Thus I welcome comments and the contrarian point of view.

With the Caremark merger CVS is truly an unrivaled pharmacy services provider. Same-store sales are still improving and Walgreens is having issues (slowing growth and saturation). Not to mention, debt-laden unprofitable RiteAid. Although I have not read this anywhere, I believe CVS/Caremark is posed to win many new contracts from employers with their pharmacy by mail/in store model that provides the convenience and flexibility many employees would like to have. Watch for CVS to win new contracts in 2008. Based on these factors and growth prospects this stock is unvalued. In my portfolio CVS is an investment and core position.
