On 9/21/07 the FOMC is going to cut rates by at least 25 or even 50
bases points. Here are a few VERY niche names that are under the
radar of most investors. While, I did pick these stocks across a broad
sectorâ€"the one thing all of these stocks have in common is that they
will rally once the FED cuts.
